Privacy
We use no cookies for analytics. We only store personal data when you choose to order online — see "Orders" below.
What we measure
We count which parts of the menu are viewed, and how many people click through to Instagram, TikTok, phone or the map. It tells us what you are interested in. We do not store your IP address, and we use no third-party tracking pixels.
Orders
When you order online, we store your name, your mobile number and your order, so we can make it and call you if anything comes up. The number is deleted 30 days after pickup. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
What is stored on your device
Only your language choice and what is in your basket while you order. Both stay in your own browser. There are no cookies.
How long
Raw analytics are deleted after 90 days. Ratings are kept for 24 months, written feedback for 12 months.
Who processes the data
Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database) and Stripe (payment for online orders). Vercel and Supabase are located in the EU.
Your rights
Analytics cannot be linked to you, so there is nothing to find or delete. The exception is online orders: write or call us and we will delete your details.
